




Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support, organizing records and files, entering data, managing correspondence, and monitoring office supplies, working proactively and systematically. Additionally, they must be proactive, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks. * Provide assistance across a wide range of administrative tasks, including telephone and in-person customer service. * Organize and maintain physical and electronic records and files, ensuring documents are filed and retrieved efficiently. * Enter accurate data into software systems or spreadsheets, performing data entry tasks with attention to detail and in accordance with established procedures. * Distribute internal and external correspondence, as well as handle postal and courier shipments, ensuring timely delivery to appropriate recipients. * Perform external services when requested. * Monitor office supply inventory levels, place orders when necessary, and ensure materials are available for daily use. * Work closely with other administrative team members and various departments to ensure effective communication and harmonious workflow. * Assist the pedagogical coordination team in printing exams and teaching materials.
