Since 1996, we have created innovative learning experiences rooted in the **"**learning by doing" philosophy, connecting technology, creativity, and purpose. ?✨ If you believe in the power of education to transform the future and love seeing students learn in practical, collaborative, and fun ways — this is your place! ? **Your Role at ZOOM** As a Pedagogical Advisor, you will serve as the bridge between partner schools and the educational initiatives of the ZOOM Ecosystem, ensuring excellence in service delivery and strengthening the pedagogical experience. **What You Will Do:** * Train and support teachers at partner schools, ensuring effective implementation of the pedagogical proposal; * Design and implement educational proposals aligned with the goals of the ZOOM Ecosystem; * Promote engagement among schools, teachers, and families with the program; * Build strong relationships with school leadership teams and teachers, offering continuous pedagogical support; * Plan itineraries for visits and trips, optimizing time and resources; * Suggest delight-oriented actions that strengthen partnerships with schools; * Represent ZOOM at school and institutional events; * Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to improvements in teaching materials; * Collaborate with the commercial team on initiatives to expand offerings; * Maintain updated schedules and reports in the monitoring system; * Comply responsibly with institutional travel and reimbursement policies; * Produce pedagogical reports and customized action plans; * Observe classes, tournaments, and workshops, reinforcing the company's pedagogical presence. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy or related fields; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and driving experience (for school visits); * Availability for occasional travel; * Proven experience in school environments; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; * Excellent communication and writing skills. **What We Offer:** * PJ contract (individual contractor agreement); * Opportunity to work for a company recognized as a reference in innovation and education; * An inspiring, creative, and collaborative environment! **Job Information:** * **Work Mode:** In-person * **Work Location:** Osasco (SP) Want to transform the future of education with us?
