The Acelerador Group, a national reference in entrepreneurial education, immersive programs, and high-impact learning experiences, is seeking a Senior Instructional Designer to transform strategic content into practical, applicable, and relevant educational experiences. We seek someone with an educational, pedagogical, and strategic mindset who unites methodology, clarity, and inspiration to generate real learning and transformation among participants. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Analyze learning needs and educational objectives for each project. * Create educational content for all company projects related to the education area: immersions, in-company deliveries, events, masterclasses, workshops, benchmarks, webinars, and mentor-led trainings. * Apply andragogy, learning theories, and best practices in instructional design. * Design and develop learning journeys, including schedules, educational processes, and instructional strategies. * Develop materials such as handbooks, books, manuals, exercises, practical tools, activities, experiential learning sessions, videos, and e\-learning. * Perform spelling correction and standardization of internal and external educational materials. * Monitor educational deliveries both in person (on-site) and online, ensuring adherence to instructional design. * Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and speakers to structure effective educational content and strategies. * Utilize educational tools and technologies to create innovative experiences. * Continuously evaluate and revise materials based on feedback, satisfaction surveys, and learning indicators. * Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality. * Maintain records, controls, and organization of education-area information. * Stay updated on trends and innovations in instructional design and educational technology. Requirements: **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Pedagogy, Communication, or related fields. * Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role. * Solid knowledge of learning theories, andragogy, and instructional design methodologies. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with mastery of the Portuguese language. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. * Ability to work collaboratively and multidisciplinarily. * Availability for travel, as required by projects. **Desirable:** * Experience in corporate education, mentoring programs, or high-impact trainings. * Experience with active learning methodologies. * Familiarity with e\-learning platforms, LMS, and digital educational tools.
