Ensure security and proper operation of the entrance gate **Job Description: Doorman** We are hiring a Doorman to manage access control, provide assistance, and monitor premises, ensuring security and organization on-site. **Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, employees, and service providers * Register and authorize access * Answer intercoms and guide visitors * Monitor cameras and patrols (where applicable) * Receive mail and packages * Complete incident logbook * Ensure security and proper operation of the entrance gate **Requirements** * Experience as a doorman (preferred) * Good communication skills and professional demeanor * Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility * Basic computer knowledge (for access control systems, if required) * Flexible availability **Preferred Qualifications** * Doorman or Security Guard training course * Experience in condominiums, companies, or hospitals Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Salary: R$2\.021,12 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Doorman (Mandatory)
