Work model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Cyber Security II professional, you will work in the Cyber War management team, with the following main responsibilities: * Coordinate exercises focused on critical assets and organizational resilience; * Develop realistic scenarios simulating attacker actions and challenging decisions; * Ensure participation of key stakeholders, including executives and technical teams; * Conduct cyber war gaming and tabletop exercises to assess readiness against threats; * Test continuity of critical services during crisis scenarios, validating impact tolerances; * Introduce simulated failures (IT outages, cyberattacks) to evaluate response effectiveness; * Identify gaps in response plans, responsibilities, and communication strategies; * Produce independent reports with evidence and ensure lessons learned are incorporated into frameworks and playbooks. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience in planning and executing cyber crisis exercises (war gaming, tabletop); * Knowledge of resilience and continuity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 22301, DORA); * Familiarity with risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance; * Ability to create realistic scenarios and conduct independent assessments; * Experience in complex and critical corporate environments.
