Development and maintenance of a network of carrier partners **Job Description** --------------------- Ensure vehicle availability for national operations through the acquisition, negotiation, and management of carrier partners, guaranteeing operational demand fulfillment with emphasis on cost, service level, safety, and compliance.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Actively and repeatedly acquire vehicles (aggregated, spot, and dedicated) for national routes Negotiate freight rates, delivery deadlines, time windows, and operational conditions Develop and maintain a nationwide network of carrier partners and aggregated drivers Ensure proper registration, documentation, and compliance of vehicles and carriers (ANTT/RNTRC, insurance, licenses, GRIS, PGR) Support operational planning to ensure fulfillment of national volume requirements Monitor performance indicators (fill rate, SLA for vehicle acquisition, freight cost, refusal rate) Collaborate closely with Operations, Planning, Customer Service, and Finance teams Lead partner retention, relationship management, and performance improvement initiatives Identify opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement in transportation operations
