Our commitment is unwavering: we are empathetic, collaborative, share information openly, and do not shy away from difficult conversations—so Scala achieves its goals. **We thirst for the future!** **If you want to grow in a dynamic, innovative, and sustainability-driven environment, join Scala and be part of the future of digital infrastructure!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Inspect, measure, and monitor all electrical systems and equipment within the data center; * Operate and perform emergency maintenance on the 13.8 kV substation per internal procedures or manufacturer’s manual; * Install and uninstall electrical components of PDUs up to equipment or racks; * Replace light bulbs inside and outside the building using ladders and scaffolding; * Operate and maintain electrical panels—de-energized or energized (in the latter case, wearing appropriate clothing and PPE); * Maintain infrastructure for CCTV and access control systems at the data center; * Supervise third-party service providers performing maintenance and assess the quality of services delivered by external vendors; * Enter comments and log work hours in SIM\+; * Implement best practices for infrastructure, operations, and maintenance related to the data center; * Interact with clients and ensure full satisfaction of data center users; * Enforce data center safety rules and policies; * Conduct periodic site patrols; * Respond to tickets in ServiceNow; * Inspect, measure, and monitor all cooling and mechanical systems and equipment within the data center; * Operate and perform emergency maintenance on the CAG per internal procedures; * Clean cooling towers; * Operate and maintain fan coils, cooling towers, pumps, self-contained units, and chillers; * Measure electrical and refrigeration parameters across various equipment; * Perform maintenance using welding and painting equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** **Essential Prerequisites** * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in electromechanics, electricity, electronics, automation, or refrigeration + certification as refrigeration mechanic or industrial electrician; * NR-10; * NR-35; * Basic knowledge: Refrigeration and general mechanics, residential hydraulic systems, CCTV systems, access control and building security, microinformatics, industrial automation, chiller operation, generator sets, UPS systems, Maintenance Management Software, ServiceNow software, and Microsoft Office Suite—Excel, Word, PowerPoint; * Intermediate knowledge: Industrial electricity and data cabling, electrical equipment, reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and automation diagrams, occupational safety, and electrical controls. **Additional information** * This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Our benefits:** Attractive PLR (Profit Sharing); Dental plan; Health insurance; Meal and food allowance via Flash card totaling R$1\.250,00 per month; Private pension plan (for eligible positions); Life insurance; Pet health insurance; Pharmaceutical discounts; Support allowance for children with disabilities (PwD)—a special financial benefit for all CLT employees with children who have disabilities, **with no age limit**.
