Job Summary: Experienced custodian to work in a residential building, responsible for managing incidents, coordinating the team, supervising services, and ensuring property maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Management and monitoring of building incidents 2. Team coordination and training 3. Verification of cleaning and concierge services We are seeking an experienced custodian to join our team. You will work in a residential building, and your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Control and monitoring of all building incidents \- necessary maintenance, service provider dispatch, etc. • Monitoring of staff; · Practical training for staff; · Verification of cleaning services performed by staff; · Verification of concierge services; · Communication with the operational supervisor regarding all activities; · Communication with the client regarding cleaning and concierge activities in the area; · Dispatching equipment maintenance as required; \- Building maintenance Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * BASIC FOOD ALLOWANCE * MEAL ALLOWANCE / FOOD VOUCHER * TRANSPORTATION VOUCHER
