Prepare financial analyses and operational sizing. Participate in and manage various projects. Responsible for training, developing, and motivating the team across all functions. Develop and engage subordinates to maximize results and ensure sustainable growth of the area. Interact with operational departments and interface with customers. Responsible for communicating key company KPIs to the team and monitoring them. Report accidents and incidents according to the safety pyramid. Control HR data via electronic systems; **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor's degree completed in Process Engineering or related fields; * Must reside in a region with easy access to Cajamar; * Experience in People Management; * Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and Finance; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Personal vehicle required; **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** 1\. Responsible for the team designing and implementing new operations (start-ups); 2\. Conduct analyses and studies aimed at continuous improvement of existing operations; 3\. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource planning, and status reports; 4\. Participation in and management of various projects; 5\. Prepare financial analyses and operational sizing; 6\. Quantify gains achieved by the team; 7\. Interact with operational departments and interface with customers; 8\. Train, develop, and motivate the team across all functions, aiming to enhance employee multifunctionality; 9\. Communicate key company performance indicators (KPIs) to the team and monitor them; 10\. Ensure compliance with safety concepts and regulations; 11\. Report accidents and incidents according to the safety pyramid, conducting investigations when necessary; 12\. Control HR data via electronic systems; 13\. Comply with HSE and Quality requirements; 14\.
