Job Summary: A professional to prepare QSMS reports, conduct area inspections, investigate incidents, and monitor safety programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and safeguarding worker integrity. Ensuring compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and worker integrity Job Description Join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: Preparation of monthly QSMS reports; Participation in client meetings; Analysis and approval of third-party documentation; Inspection of work areas and sites to verify proper use of PPE, unsafe acts and conditions related to occupational safety and environmental risks, promoting continuous process improvement, as well as distributing safety equipment and ensuring its correct use by employees; Investigation of incident causes through environmental analysis and data collection regarding the occurrence; Orientation and integration of new employees and service providers on company standards and procedures; Monitoring of CIPA, PGR, and PCMSO programs, as well as supervision of implementation and application of control measures to ensure compliance with legislation and worker integrity; Ensuring compliance with Brazilian Labor Legislation (NRs – Regulatory Standards) and monitoring of the work environment for activities performed by employees. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in sanitation and/or civil construction; Completed Occupational Safety Technician course with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); NR 18, NR 33, NR 35, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Proactivity, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under pressure. **Additional Information** Additional Information: Meal Voucher Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial projects, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
