Job Summary: Responsible for building maintenance, performing minor electrical, plumbing, and masonry repairs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment while working as part of a team. Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment Performs building maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, and masonry repairs. Replaces light bulbs, fixes faucets, doors, and walls. Maintains the premises in a clean, safe, and good condition. Works collaboratively and adheres to safety regulations.
