




Description: Prerequisites * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in cost control for construction projects, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects; * Experience preparing financial reports in English. Desirable * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields is a plus; * Experience in financial planning and control, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector; * Advanced English and/or Spanish; * Prior experience in international projects or multicultural environments; * Knowledge of SAP (modules related to project and cost control); * Knowledge of Power BI; * Manage the schedule for closing financial results and CAPEX, including consolidation and comparative analyses versus Budget, Forecast, and prior year; * Conduct monthly calculations and detailed analyses of variances between actuals, Opex and Capex budgets; * Calculate revenue, with deep understanding of contracts and proposal of forecasting models; * Prepare monthly financial performance reports/presentations for senior management, focusing on insights and recommendations; * Standardize financial processes and reports/dashboards; * Lead requests from team analysts 2512170202551922899
