SENIOR ENGINEER **Responsibilities** Develop engineering studies for equipment retrofitting and modernization; Prepare technical analyses and propose improvements to industrial processes; Oversee projects, schedules, and activity execution; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for equipment implementation and start-up; Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production, or related fields); Active registration with CREA; Experience in industrial projects and continuous improvement; Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; Knowledge of retrofitting and modernization projects for industrial equipment; Experience in start-up, commissioning, or implementation of large-scale machinery and equipment; Familiarity with project management tools is considered a plus; Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills.
