The Driver Assistant is responsible for supporting the driver in the delivery and pickup of goods, ensuring cargo safety and logistical operational efficiency. This professional works under direct supervision and is essential to the smooth execution of transportation activities. * Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods, adhering to safety guidelines and proper product handling procedures. * Help verify goods to be transported, checking quantities and conditions to ensure cargo integrity. * Maintain vehicle organization by properly arranging and securing products to prevent damage during transportation. * Assist with basic vehicle maintenance, checking oil, water, and fuel levels, as well as vehicle cleanliness and upkeep. * Support the driver en route by providing information on routes, addresses, and any unexpected events along the way. * Collaborate with the logistics team to identify improvements in transportation processes aimed at optimizing operational efficiency. * Comply with established traffic and safety regulations, contributing to accident prevention and safeguarding the physical integrity of all involved. * Maintain constant communication with the driver and other colleagues to ensure operational fluidity and adherence to scheduled deadlines. * Correct use of Macros; (lunch, dinner, overnight stay)
