Assistant Chef. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to assume the position of Assistant Chef at our establishment located in Granja Viana – Cotia, São Paulo.

Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of engineering projects, from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in engineering project planning and management. 2. Monitoring and validation of measurements and critical suppliers. 3. Contract management with focus on scope, costs, technical aspects, and safety. Conduct detailed study and analysis of the project baseline schedule, projected costs, project kit (in coordination with the client), and all construction phases; Provide accountability and hold periodic meetings regarding project phase progress, involving the client, project engineering team, and administrative team, as applicable; Participate in meetings with clients, managers, suppliers, partners, and other engineers whenever requested (planning and costs, production); Hold weekly or as-needed planning meetings with production and planning engineers to develop action plans, contingency plans, and project progress history; Monitor and validate internal measurements conducted by the engineering team against contractor/supplier work; Receive, consult, research, and technically validate suppliers requiring specialized service specifications; Proactively monitor delivery timelines of critical supplies on site to prevent disruptions to the project execution schedule; when necessary, coordinate with the Procurement Department to identify and implement alternative solutions for identified issues; Present financial forecasts to the Engineering Director, preparing monthly disbursement reports (costs vs. revenues), ensuring data accuracy and quality, and promptly reporting any deviations affecting the budgeted margin; Monitor monthly submission of quality indicators; Manage contracts in accordance with contracted scope, costs, technical requirements, commercial considerations, quality, safety, and development schedule. **Requirements:** Completed postgraduate degree; Essential experience in sanitation construction projects; Experience in linear construction projects (water transmission lines and sewage collection networks) and stationary construction projects (water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, industrial effluent treatment plants, and pumping stations); Experience in linear construction projects, sewage collection networks, water distribution networks, and non-destructive methodologies (HDD).
