Job Summary: A sales professional focused on in-person customer service and prospecting, managing the sales funnel and emphasizing commercial results. Key Highlights: 1. Working with targets and high commercial performance * Provide in-person customer service with friendliness, clarity, and a results-oriented approach. * Prospect and acquire new customers via phone, WhatsApp, and social media. * Approach customers in person (external activities, entrances, storefronts, and local foot traffic). * Identify customer needs and deliver consultative presentations of products/services. * Work with daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining high commercial performance. * Conduct follow\-up with interested customers until closure. * Update and organize records and information in the system/spreadsheets (CRM or internal tracking). * Schedule and confirm visits and in-person appointments. * Lead negotiations and close sales with a focus on conversion and quality. * Maintain effective communication and relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service. * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and alignment sessions with the sales team. * Track leads, contact follow-ups, and the sales funnel (from first contact to closure). * Adhere to company standards for service and professional conduct. * Demonstrate a commercial mindset daily, actively seeking opportunities, partnerships, and customer referrals.
