Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Make active and responsive calls to dealership customers. * Schedule workshop services (e.g., inspections, maintenance, and other services). * Confirm appointments and send service reminders. * Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, and internal systems. * Organize and monitor the workshop schedule, directing customers according to availability. * Ensure courteous, efficient, and high\-quality customer service.
