Job Summary: The PCP Assistant supports the sales department and sales representatives of strategic accounts, accelerates bidding processes for construction projects, and serves as a communication link among various internal teams. Communication link among Sales, PCP, Production, and Logistics We are seeking a **PCP Assistant** to provide strategic support to the sales department, contributing greater agility, organization, and visibility to construction project bidding processes. This professional will directly support sales representatives responsible for serving **construction companies, real estate developers, and major accounts of window manufacturers (OBRAS segment)**, playing a pivotal role in communication between the sales department and internal teams. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **project surveys and analysis**, followed by formatting quotations and commercial proposals * Support sales representatives in serving strategic accounts * Enhance **speed of the bidding process** * Ensure **visibility and control over bids in progress** * Serve as the **communication link among Sales, PCP, Production, and Logistics**, ensuring smooth and aligned information flow * Organize and monitor technical requests related to projects **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Technical Education * Proficiency in **reading and interpreting civil construction project drawings** * Prior experience in project surveying is desirable * Knowledge of **AutoCAD 2D** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on **Excel (intermediate level preferred)** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.206,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you currently employed? * Are you currently studying?
