We are seeking a Logistics professional to work 'in-house' for one of our clients, who demonstrates high performance and focuses on efficiency, accuracy, and safety, ensuring that all processes meet the client’s excellence standards and SLAs. Responsibilities: * Receive, store, and distribute items; * Ensure adherence to SLAs and performance indicators established by the operations coordination team; * Propose implementation of continuous process improvements in areas under responsibility; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and standard operational procedures; * Manage conflicts and provide solutions to operational issues as they arise, always in alignment with and responsive to the operations coordination team’s guidelines—promptly and effectively. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in logistics operations, particularly in planning, distribution, and cargo transportation; * Experience in direct customer service; * Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, performance indicators, and logistics data analysis; * Capacity for planning, organization, and decision-making under pressure; * Strong communication skills. Differentiators: * Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies; * Experience in road freight transportation and freight management.
