Responsibilities and duties Lead the implementation and maintenance of IT governance processes based on ITIL, COBIT, and other industry best practices; Assess the maturity of IT processes, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions; Develop and review policies, guidelines, procedures, and controls related to IT governance. Facilitate the adoption and understanding of governance frameworks across different organizational departments.
