Job Summary: The Store Operator manages inventory and product restocking, operates the cash register, and delivers exceptional customer service—ensuring organization and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and safety in daily operations. **What We Expect From You:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a stock replenisher and/or cashier, and with the Linx system. * Strong ability to prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of supply replenishment and inventory management. * Experience in customer service. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A Typical Day for a Store Operator:** * Manages shelf space, product restocking, and pricing across all store sales areas. * Manages inventory, ensuring product accuracy through IRC (Inventory Record Control), timely adjustments, usage and consumption tracking, stock marking, and internal stock transfers. * Addresses visual stockouts on shelves. * Manages overhead inventory, ensuring proper organization, adequate supply, and personnel safety. * When approached by a customer, applies the SBOA protocol (Smile, Good Morning, Thank You, Goodbye), guiding the customer in the best possible way. * Delivers exceptional checkout service during periods of high customer traffic, and knows and follows front-end cash register procedures.
