Contribution to process organization and operational efficiency **FLEET ASSISTANT (DIESEL)** Transportation company has an opening for a **Fleet Assistant**, a professional who will directly manage fuel supply control and administrative fleet operations, contributing to cost reduction, process organization, and operational efficiency. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Negotiate prices and terms with fuel stations and suppliers; * Plan and schedule refueling according to consumption and operational schedule; * Monitor and reconcile fuel purchases (invoices, receipts, and fuel cards); * Enter and update information in spreadsheets and systems; * Track indicators and fuel consumption history per vehicle/driver; * Support departmental administrative routines (reports, supplier communications, follow\-up, and document organization). ***Requirements:*** * Logistics technician or related undergraduate degree in progress preferred; * Prior experience in transportation companies, logistics, or fleet management is a plus; * Proficiency in Excel (tables, formulas, filters); * Familiarity with fleet management systems and fuel cards is a plus; * Organized, analytical profile with negotiation skills. **Salary:** R$ 2\.278,81 **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** R$ 35.00 per day **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Dental assistance.
