




Job Summary: Responsible for providing humanized customer service, identifying customer needs, delivering accurate information, building relationships, and assisting with imaging examinations. Support for low-complexity imaging examinations Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Good communication skills; * Negotiation and persuasion abilities; * Prior experience in customer-facing roles is desirable. Additional Information: Weekly working hours: 44 hours, from Monday to Saturday. * Provide humanized and high-quality customer service at business units and/or other locations designated by the company; subject to rotational assignments as required by business needs; * Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction; * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using internal documentation; * Build sustainable relationships and trust with each customer through open and interactive communication; * Register/update customer information in the service management system; * Request authorizations from health insurance providers according to each provider's established policy; * Deliver customer service considering all necessary information for examination execution and following the company-defined process; * Negotiate with customers regarding fees and payment methods (in accordance with the company-aligned process); * Review the imaging examination schedule daily; * Guide and assist patients scheduled for imaging examinations; * Assist medical staff in low-complexity imaging examination rooms (e.g., Ultrasound); * Perform other duties related to those described above, as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Safeguard confidentiality and security of information in compliance with company policies and regulations. 2511060202271853031
