Job Summary: Responsible for greeting guests, performing check-in/check-out procedures, and providing service while ensuring excellence and brand standards, as well as promoting the loyalty program. Teamwork and organization **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Greet guests, provide various information, and carry out check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with the brand's excellence standards. Ensure front desk service and prepare the accommodation process. Offer and register guests in the loyalty program. Conduct shift handovers strictly following established procedures, perform audits, handle telephone, email, and WhatsApp inquiries, and carry out other related duties as required by the department. **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**: Hospitality or related field, creativity, problem-solving ability, passion for service, flexibility, availability to work flexible hours, commitment, dynamism, teamwork, organization, and customer service orientation. **JOB DETAILS/BENEFITS**: Rotating 6x1 schedule with variable days off; working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM; VA + VT + Intermedica Health Plan.
