We are seeking a Senior DevOps Analyst to join our team on a challenging project focused on automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Requirements: **Main Responsibilities** Evolve and promote the DevSecOps culture within the company; Develop and maintain delivery processes (pipelines); Operate and enhance tools supporting the software delivery process; Identify and implement continuous improvements related to performance, security, and operational efficiency; Understand team challenges, collect feedback, and propose solutions; Maintain and enhance the Backstage platform; Ensure robust and efficient CI/CD pipelines that increase development team productivity and mitigate deployment risks. **Technical Requirements** Experience with DevSecOps practices and agile methodologies; CI/CD pipeline construction and orchestration (Azure DevOps); Solid experience with Linux and Windows operating systems; Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools; Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform and Helm); Experience with code versioning tools (GitHub, GitLab or similar); Administration and provisioning of public cloud resources (AWS, GCP or Azure); Experience with Code Quality/Quality Gate tools (SonarCloud, Snyk, Gitleaks or similar); Knowledge of API-based integrations; Familiarity with the Backstage platform; Basic knowledge of programming languages or automation tools; Understanding of test automation processes. **What We Value** Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset; Commitment to quality, security, and continuous improvement; Ability to thrive in dynamic and rapidly transforming environments.
