Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Technical Instructor – Optical Fiber to deliver technical and operational training, empower teams, and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Develop instructional materials and operational procedures We are looking for an Operational Technical Instructor – Optical Fiber to join our team at ABILITY. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering technical and operational training related to optical fiber products and solutions, ensuring field, operations, and maintenance teams are fully trained—promoting technical standardization, operational safety, and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** Deliver theoretical and practical training on optical fiber networks and products; Train technical teams on FTTH and optical backbone network installation, activation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; Develop instructional materials, technical presentations, manuals, and operational procedures; Conduct periodic technical refresher training aligned with updated processes and technologies; Accompany field activities to validate operational procedures; Provide technical support to operational teams regarding project-related queries and execution; Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, and occupational safety regulations; Administer technical performance assessments and track trainees’ progress; Participate in the qualification of new optical products, equipment, and technologies; Drive continuous improvement of operational and quality indicators; Promote a culture of operational excellence and technical standardization. Desired Technical Knowledge FTTH, GPON, and optical infrastructure; Reading and interpreting telecommunications project documentation; Optical fiber splicing and connectorization; OTDR, power meter, and certification equipment; Troubleshooting optical networks; Telecommunications technical standards and best practices; Microsoft Office suite and presentation tools. **Requirements:** High school diploma — technical or higher education in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, or related fields; Experience in optical fiber operations; Experience in technical training or operational leadership; Strong communication skills, teaching ability, and team development capability; Willingness to travel and conduct field supervision.
