We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide low-complexity user assistance for traffic inspection and mechanical roadside assistance by driving and operating the Concessionaire’s vehicles, upon request from the Operations Control Center. * Capture or remove animals from the roadway and/or medians using appropriate equipment available in operational vehicles and the Animal Capture Truck, under direct supervision. * Contain and extinguish small fire outbreaks under direct guidance, using dedicated equipment available in operational vehicles or the Water Tanker Truck. * Inspect construction and service activities occurring within the right-of-way, using operational vehicles and the Construction and Services Manual available in patrol units, under direct supervision. * Escort oversized loads under direct supervision by operating the operational vehicle and reviewing documentation related to such loads. * Inspect the company’s right-of-way by patrolling a designated highway section, identifying ongoing constructions or general services, billboards or outdoor signage, requesting presentation of authorization granted by the company for performing such services and/or construction, releasing them if no irregularities are found, or requesting removal or demolition from the responsible party, escalating to the Supervisor for additional support to finalize the process. * Conduct or support low-complexity operations involving pedestrians in hazardous positions, fallen signage from active highway construction sites, or removal of fallen highway signage from risk zones, taking appropriate actions. * Verify whether signage for highway construction, improvement, and maintenance complies with company standards, guided by previously received sketches, escalating to superiors to halt work presenting irregularities or operational risks until the situation is resolved or new instructions are received from the Operations Control Center. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we expect: * Completed Elementary Education * CNH C, D or E * Flexible availability for work hours Reside in Sorocaba or nearby regions. * **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, enabling thousands of people daily to move safely and sustainably—delivering positive societal impact through comprehensive mobility solutions.
