You will also receive close support from the Forvis Mazars team, ensuring alignment throughout your assignment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage strategic **direct procurement**, focusing on acquiring raw materials, components, packaging, and inputs required for manufacturing the company’s equipment and solutions. * Lead **quotation, negotiation, and supplier contracting processes**, seeking optimal commercial terms, cost reduction (COGS), and operational efficiency. * Negotiate **prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms**, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability of the supply chain. * Plan and monitor **input supply**, ensuring material availability to meet operational and sales demand. * Manage and develop **suppliers**, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and supply continuity. * Issue and track **purchase orders in the system**, ensuring alignment with internal processes. * Support **procurement planning based on sales forecasts and operational needs**, preventing stockouts or excessive purchases. * Monitor procurement KPIs, costs, and supplier performance. * Collaborate closely with departments such as **operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance**, ensuring alignment between demand and supply capacity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or related fields**. * Proven experience in **direct procurement / strategic sourcing**. * Experience negotiating **raw materials, components, inputs, or production items**. * Experience in **commercial negotiation and supplier management**. * Experience in **demand-driven or sales-forecast-based procurement planning**. * Knowledge of **supply chain processes and cost control (COGS)**.
