Development of spreadsheets and managerial reports * Perform administrative support tasks related to procurement processes for various materials used by the company. * Develop Excel spreadsheets * Track purchase orders (follow-up) * Select suppliers and negotiate prices * Price adjustments and inter-store transfers * Manage purchase orders and budget within the department * Issue invoices and contract freight carriers * Supplier support * Return products to suppliers * Communicate with stores * Managerial Reports \- Issuance.
