Health and well\-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreatedHere** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Ensure adherence to and execution of activities related to the production flow, including process improvement projects, product launches and support, factory scheduling, performance indicator monitoring, and coordination with support areas. * Actively engage with the team during production, assigning tasks according to priority and subordinate competence, intervening in cases of equipment/process issues to ensure achievement of production planning. * Support production scheduling in partnership with PCP and other involved departments to meet predefined OTIFs. * Analyze potential failures and opportunities for improvement in the production process and develop the team to maintain schedule compliance and solve or anticipate problems. * Coordinate with the Maintenance department to resolve machine issues and request equipment improvements based on process needs. * Monitor deviation reports, evaluate detailed descriptions of issues occurring in production batches, lead multidisciplinary investigations to analyze and resolve non\-conformities, ensuring final product/process quality (PDCA), preventing recurrence, and promoting deviation prevention. * Develop tactical plans based on each mini-factory's planning demands, considering required workforce. * Analyze incidents in manufacturing and/or packaging orders, validating data for batch release to the next phase. * Manage production line performance indicators to define action plans and implement them using quality tools when applicable, aiming to achieve set targets. * Provide accurate information on actual area resource capacity to PCP, ensuring precision in production scheduling times (product availability). **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our process:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and/or Engineering; * Solid experience in pharmaceutical packaging; * Experience in improvement projects, adaptation of production areas, and application of Lean Manufacturing and TPM; * Experience with Production KPIs such as productivity, OEE, and quality indicators; * People management experience; * Experience in the pharmaceutical industry; * Knowledge of RDC No. 658 regarding general guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practices for medicines. **You will stand out if you have:** * Experience with pull-type production systems. **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work location (Base): Embu das Artes \- SP Shift: 6x1 – 2nd Shift (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\) **For Libbs employees** * Applications open until **11/28/2023;** * Differentiating requirements may be prioritized when selecting candidates for the next stage; * Participation in multiple internal selection processes simultaneously is not allowed **Benefits for you!** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Libbs Medications \- 100%; * Pharmacy network – Vidalink; * PPR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift workers); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical, dental care, and food assistance).
