Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, ensuring high team performance and optimization of logistics processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to work in the warehouse operation, ensuring smooth logistics processes and high team performance. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise receiving, sorting, picking, shipping, and replenishment operations; * Monitor logistics flow and control of production lines; * Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational KPIs; * Handle daily operational issues, ensuring productivity and quality in processes; * Manage franchise shipping and monitor logistics demands; * Lead, develop, and monitor operational team performance; * Support process organization and propose continuous improvements. **Requirements:** * Prior experience supervising logistics in high-volume/high-performance operations; * Experience with receiving, sorting, picking, and shipping processes; * Knowledge of operational KPIs and SLA management; * Experience in people and team management; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Organized, dynamic profile with strong leadership ability. **Available Shifts:** * T1 — 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * T2 — 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * T3 — 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
