Join Cimed! **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate and direct the technical activities of the administrative and logistics department, ensuring proper operation of the distribution center and timely invoicing, with the objective of delivering quality service to customers; * Ensure validity of regulatory documents and monitor inspections by competent authorities to maintain full operational capacity of the distribution center; * Be responsible for implementing, reviewing, and periodically training staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through meetings, in order to assess the effectiveness and applicability of the Quality Management System, in compliance with Good Distribution and Storage Practices (GDP/GSP), and propose necessary corrective actions. * Maintain inventory accuracy through daily stock counts, thereby ensuring system quantity matches physical quantity. * Control costs and expenses by evaluating each service to ensure adherence to the pre-established financial budget; * Monitor and implement action plans to control damages caused by logistics or carriers; * Identify and qualify carriers that meet the criteria set forth in the current RDC (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency Resolution) applicable to their operating region; * Ensure maintenance of the building, machinery and equipment, as well as workplace organization and cleanliness, coordinating the team responsible for these activities; * Monitor, guide, and develop employees regarding company policies and code of ethics, to achieve desired results. * Monitor SMS (Safety Management System) indicators and ensure compliance with safety standards; * Respond to requests from your manager and superiors; **Requirements and qualifications** Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in logistics management, administration, production engineering, or related fields. Specific knowledge / Skills: Full Microsoft Office suite; SAP system knowledge preferred; Knowledge of good storage and distribution practices; **Additional information** * A technical test may be administered during the process, according to the area’s needs. * Location: Rua Marica Marques, 41.
