Administrative working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Submit CV with Salary Expectation** **Job Description:** Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for materials and services (raw materials, supplies, PPE) required for production, focusing on negotiating optimal terms (price, delivery time, quality), supplier development, delivery tracking, cost control, contract management, and performance indicator analysis — with autonomy for specific tasks and continuous process improvement, utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel. **Main Responsibilities (Daily Activities)** * **Quotation and Negotiation:** Request quotations, negotiate with suppliers (prices, delivery times, terms), and seek cost reductions. * **Purchase Order Management (Follow-up):** Issue purchase orders and monitor the process through to final delivery. * **Supplier Development:** Identify, qualify, and evaluate new suppliers, as well as manage the performance of existing ones. * **Contract Management:** Draft and administer procurement and service contracts. * **Analysis and Improvement:** Identify optimization opportunities, propose supply chain process improvements, and analyze performance indicators. * **Internal Support:** Address internal departmental (production) requests and ensure timely material supply. * **Control:** Manage documentation (invoices) and monitor material inventory levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred (in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields). * **Experience:** Hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement processes and familiarity with procurement systems. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), compliance knowledge, and process methodologies. * **Behavioral Competencies:** Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, organizational skills, proactivity, analytical mindset, results orientation, sense of urgency, and critical thinking. **Full-Level Differentiator** * A full-level analyst possesses partial autonomy, leads smaller projects, and demonstrates mastery of procurement processes — actively contributing to departmental optimization and efficiency beyond basic operational tasks. **Mandatory Requirements** **Valid driver's license (CNH)** **Availability to work** **Submit CV with Salary Expectation** Employment Type: Direct Hire (CLT) Benefits: * Food allowance * Free parking * Commuter pass
