Job Summary: The IT Documentation Specialist will structure, organize, and maintain corporate IT documents, ensuring quality, standardization, and traceability for compliance and audits. Support for IT Infrastructure teams and interdepartmental collaboration The IT Documentation Specialist will be responsible for structuring, organizing, and maintaining corporate documents related to IT projects, requests, audits, and processes. The professional will ensure the quality, standardization, and traceability of all formal evidence and records from the IT area, supporting IT Infrastructure teams to meet the needs of Operations, Security, Audit, and Governance departments. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry best practices, as well as supporting internal and external audits. **Responsibilities:** * Develop, review, and maintain IT documentation, including manuals, procedures, topologies, inventories, and reports. * Prepare formal documentation evidencing internal and external audits (e.g., regulated customers). * Produce corporate reports and documents related to: * IT projects and requests. * Contingency testing and disaster recovery (DR) exercises. * Results, KPIs, and deliverables. * Processes and operational workflows. * Record and standardize test evidence—such as the annual DR exercise—creating complete, traceable, and structured corporate documents. * Create diagrams, flowcharts, and executive models for internal and external presentations. * Ensure organization, version control, and continuous updates of documentation artifacts. * Support technical teams in translating technical information into formats understandable by Audit, Business, and Customer departments. * Collaborate with Infrastructure, Systems, Security, and PMO teams to gather information and validate technical content. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Finance-related fields; * Experience with Power BI; * Experience with IT documentation for projects and requests; * Knowledge of IT Infrastructure; * Excellent written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; * Proven experience producing IT documentation—including policies, processes, diagrams, reports, evidence, and audit artifacts; * Experience documenting projects, requests, deliverables, and operational processes; * Ability to produce clear, structured, and standardized corporate documentation; * Experience preparing formal evidence for audits—especially related to Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and business continuity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, backup, DR, governance, etc.). * Experience with ITSM tools, CMDB, or portfolio management tools (APM). * Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments (financial, banking, insurance). * Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 27001\. **Additional Information:** * Monthly rate: R$ 14\.000,00 (PJ).
