Proven track record in coordinating and leading maintenance teams, with emphasis on performance and results. Knowledge and practical experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), covering preventive, predictive, and corrective routines. Experience in managing processes and people within maintenance, preferably in environments involving heavy equipment, automotive fleets, or industrial machinery. REQUIRED * Proficiency in maintenance management software (ERP, CMMS) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). * Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., NR\-10, if applicable) and technical standards. * In-depth knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and diagrams (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic). * Organizational skills to manage spare parts and tool inventories.
