Job Summary: An IT professional focused on hardware, software, and network maintenance, configuration, and technical support, with responsibilities in IT asset and inventory management. IT asset management and inventory control Computer and peripheral maintenance and configuration (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, UPS) IT asset management Network equipment configuration (Routers, Switches, Access Points, etc.) Local equipment inventory control Wired and wireless network installation and configuration Remote and on-site technical support for users Proficiency in computer maintenance, Microsoft Office suite, Windows and Linux server environments. Knowledge of wired and wireless networks Examples: Microsoft Office (specify emphasis); Systems (ERP \- TOTVS, etc.), written and verbal communication, negotiation, AUTO CAD, quality tools, teamwork, area-specific skills, organization, planning, active listening, creativity, critical thinking, time management, problem solving, resilience.
