Results-oriented and organized **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction execution according to the physical\-financial schedule; * Manage in-house and subcontracted teams on site; * Control service quality, ensuring compliance with designs and technical standards; * Monitor measurements, cost control, and material consumption; * Prepare technical reports and report project progress to management; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other departments involved in the project. **Requirements:** * Availability to work in Sorocaba\-SP * Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM, Monday to Friday * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Proven experience in construction supervision and management; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Knowledge of construction planning and control; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is desirable; * Leadership profile, organized, and results-oriented. **Advantages:** * Experience in industrial/commercial construction projects (if applicable); Type of position: Temporary Compensation: R$7\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
