Activities Eletro Equip, a national reference in audiovisual solutions and system integration, is seeking a Bilingual Resident Technician to work on-site attending various Eletro Equip contracts. This professional will be responsible for covering vacations, leaves, and absences at corporate client sites, ensuring the full operation of installed audio and video solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Perform on-site technical support at corporate client locations; * Operate, monitor, and maintain videoconferencing, projection, sound reinforcement, and automation systems; * Identify and resolve faults in AV/IT equipment and networks; * Support users during meetings and events, communicating in both Portuguese and English; * Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Programming, and Implementation) to ensure service quality; * Register service tickets and technical reports according to Eletro Equip standards; * Work across different contracts as needed, with full availability for travel. **We are looking for someone who:** * Has fluent English (mandatory) — reading, writing, and speaking; * Has prior experience in technical support or operation of audiovisual systems; * Is knowledgeable in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco, Poly, Extron, Crestron, or Q-SYS; * Holds a technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networks, or related fields; * Possesses strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and a collaborative attitude; * Is available for travel and movement between client sites.
