Materials Planning Analyst

Description

Job Summary: Analyst responsible for material consumption analysis, inventory management, purchase requisitions, and planning of outsourced printed materials. Key Highlights: 1. Material consumption analysis and inventory management 2. Suggestion of transfers to optimize inventory and FIFO 3. Planning of printed materials with external service providers Conduct analysis of consumption for specific materials (primarily boxes and pallets), reorder points, and inventory levels. Based on the analysis, submit purchase requests for inventory replenishment, considering lead time from order placement to delivery at the warehouse. Evaluate consumption across both units and suggest transfers to ensure inventory turnover, FIFO compliance, and mitigation of obsolescence and expiration risks. Plan and schedule printed materials in coordination with external, third-party service providers according to PCP and production planning. Collaborate with management to safely reduce inventory balances without compromising material consumption or production supply. Conduct external inventories at suppliers and customers. Participate in organizing internal inventories together with the team. Experience in warehouse operations involving handling of diverse materials. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree Personal vehicle
