Job Summary: The professional will be involved in all stages of the value stream, ensuring quality from requirements through to product delivery, while providing technical leadership for QA practices. Propose and implement continuous improvements in QA processes. Description: * Bachelor's degree completed in fields such as Information Technology, Engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related areas; * Solid experience with functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing; * Experience in creating and maintaining test automation; * Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, Insomnia, RestAssured, etc.); * Experience with CI/CD and automation pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.); * Experience with test and bug management tools (Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, Jira, etc.); * Knowledge of source code versioning (Git) and best practices for repository integration; * Familiarity with basic SQL and database data verification; * Knowledge of performance and security testing is a plus. * Participate in all stages of the value stream, ensuring quality from requirement conception through to production deployment; * Serve as a reference and guardian of the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), ensuring that user stories are clear, complete, and testable; * Support the Product Owner and team in writing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria; * Plan, execute, and document manual and automated tests, emphasizing traceability and functional coverage; * Provide technical leadership for quality practices, disseminating best practices and supporting mid-level and junior QAs; * Propose and implement continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines; * Develop and maintain functional, regression, and API test automation scripts, integrating them into the development lifecycle; * Collaborate with developers and analysts to foster a shared quality culture; * Support the definition of test strategies at both product and project levels. 2512180202551873592
