You will work closely with leadership to drive integration initiatives, coordinate strategic projects, and ensure consistent execution across multiple workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a strategic mindset, a self\-starter who knows how to follow up, connect the dots, and make things happen. **What you will do** * Lead post\-merger integration initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and key deliverables across different teams. * Structure and manage project dashboards, timelines, and governance routines to ensure visibility and alignment. * Collaborate with M\&A, product, and operations teams to identify bottlenecks and maintain progress across workstreams. * Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing progress, decisions, and next steps. * Bring structure and discipline to execution while maintaining a strong business perspective. **What we are looking for** * 3\-5 years of experience in **management consulting, corporate strategy, or PMO/project management** roles. * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders and ensure accountability. * Strong analytical thinking and business orientation, someone who understands not just *how* to manage projects, but *why* they matter for the company. * Hands\-on, detail\-driven, and comfortable following up across teams to get things done. * Proficiency in English and Excel/PowerPoint.
