Our mission is to protect and ensure the resilience of corporate communications, continuously aligning security controls with business risks and emerging threats. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **Your Day-to-Day** As a Cyber Security Engineer Specialist, you will manage network security and serve as the squad’s technical reference, focusing on evolving and integrating corporate traffic and communications protection solutions. You will ensure that practices and tools comply with industry best practices, regulations, and standards for the financial sector, and your main activities will include: * Serving as a technical expert in network security solutions: Firewall, SASE, IPS, NAC, microsegmentation, NDR, and Wi-Fi Security; * Leading technical reviews and supporting strategic decisions regarding traffic and communications protection; * Evaluating solution proposals and infrastructure changes from a network security perspective; * Supporting the Product Owner in defining the technical roadmap, baselines, and recommendations for solution evolution; * Collaborating with partner areas (Architecture, Engineering, SOC, Governance) to ensure an integrated approach; * Acting as a technical mentor for squad members, promoting best practices and continuous development. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Solid experience in corporate network security and technologies such as: Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), SASE platforms, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Network Access Control (NAC), Microsegmentation (e.g., VMware NSX, Illumio), Network Detection and Response (NDR), and Corporate Wi-Fi Security; * Advanced knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS) and LAN/WAN architectures; * Experience with hardening, patch management, tuning, and integration with SIEM/SOC; * Familiarity with frameworks and standards: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, BACEN, DORA; * Ability to perform risk analysis and respond to network-related incidents.
