Strong experience in people management and data analysis **Responsibilities:** * Manage the team responsible for implementing and optimizing the company's internal systems Data Governance and Data Quality strategy; * Enhance and explore additional uses for already available data; * Collaborate with BUs to develop a cohesive data strategy aligned with D\&A objectives; * Create materials and train teams on data strategy, supporting functions, responsibilities, operational model, and resources. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in fields related to Data \& Analytics; * Advanced or fluent English; * Experience in analysis, product management, and/or consulting in data governance and data quality; * Experience with frameworks: DAMA\-BOK, DCAM, LGPD, or COBIT; * Knowledge of the credit segment; * Strong experience in people management; * Experience with product and work management tools; * Experience with data analytics solutions. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP \- therefore, the candidate must reside in São Paulo state or in a region with easy commuting access.**
