Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, covering electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and masonry systems. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of preventive and corrective building maintenance services. 2. Support in electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and masonry maintenance. 3. Periodic inspection of facilities and identification of issues. **\*Responsibilities:\*** Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance services on building facilities to ensure proper functioning of condominium areas. Supporting electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and masonry maintenance; assisting in installation and repair of building equipment and systems; performing minor repairs on floors, walls, and ceilings; assisting in periodic facility inspections (patrols) to identify potential issues; adhering to safety regulations and best maintenance practices; supporting the technical team with daily tasks. **\*Requirements:\*** Prior experience in maintenance field; knowledge of key areas including electrical, hydraulic, civil, painting, and masonry; ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment. \***Preferred Qualifications:\*** Courses in building maintenance: Electrical, electrical controls, hydraulics and piping, masonry/construction supervision, tiling.
