Job Summary: A professional to perform preventive and corrective building maintenance in a central kitchen, ensuring the proper operation of facilities, equipment, and supporting systems. Identify failures, diagnose issues, and propose technical solutions. **Building Maintenance Technician** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; alternate Saturdays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\. * **Work Location:** Tamboré, Santana de Parnaíba \- To facilitate access, we provide a shuttle van departing from Carapicuíba and Barueri train stations. ️ **Main Responsibilities** * Carry out preventive and corrective building maintenance activities in the central kitchen, ensuring full functionality of facilities, equipment, and supporting systems, while guaranteeing safety, hygiene, operational continuity, and compliance with technical and sanitary regulations. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, civil, and refrigeration systems. * Conduct repairs on floors, walls, doors, roofs, gutters, drains, ceilings, and building structures. * Maintain hot water, gas, exhaust, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in operational condition. * Support maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, cold rooms, hoods, industrial dishwashers). * Identify failures, perform diagnostics, and propose technical solutions. * Conduct periodic inspections and complete maintenance work orders and checklists. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NRs), health surveillance requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Supervise and support third-party services when necessary. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of technical areas and tools. * Support minor renovations, adaptations, and building improvements. ️ **Job Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Building Maintenance, or related fields. * Experience in building maintenance, preferably in industrial kitchens, food manufacturing plants, or similar environments. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, civil, and refrigeration systems. * Availability to work shifts and on-call duties, if required.
