Job Summary: A Building Technician to supervise projects and construction works focused on hydraulic and electrical systems, prepare technical reports, and ensure quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Project and construction supervision in Hydraulic and Electrical fields 2. Preparation of technical reports and documentation 3. Ensuring quality and safety of installations * Conduct material and quantity surveys * Supervise project and construction development with focus on Hydraulic and Electrical systems * Prepare technical reports and documentation * Participate in meetings with engineering and architecture teams * Ensure adherence to deadlines and established targets * Maintain quality and safety of installations * Technical education in Building Construction * Prior experience in the Civil Construction field * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings * Proficiency in technical drawing tools * Ability to perform measurements and surveys * Familiarity with occupational safety standards * Experience in construction site supervision. Payment: Up to R$3.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
