




Activities: Act as a transformation agent and strategic partner, serving as the link between HR and the business, understanding its strategies, proposing and implementing people- and process-related solutions, with a focus on results; Be a change agent, proposing feasible solutions and alternatives to the client; Guide leaders in people management, providing them with technical orientation regarding best HR practices and ensuring greater accuracy in decision-making; Act as a facilitator, channeling internal clients’ requests to HR specialist areas; Diagnose the need for movement of leaders and specialists through assessment tools; Map key positions and potential successors; Lead monthly HR Committees in partnership with Directors to define business strategies; Lead Career Committees through collegiate meetings with leadership and monitor the development plans identified in the Committee; Monitor HR indicators monthly, as well as periodically attend alignment meetings held in client areas, presenting best practices and guidance on good initiatives; Provide technical guidance to leaders, supported by the Compensation area, on all people movement actions (promotions, transfers, and merit-based actions); Diagnose, together with internal clients, the need to review HR policies and practices, listening to clients’ needs and proposing adjustments or adaptations to current policies, in collaboration with HR specialist areas; Work directly within the client area to understand its business, reality, strategy, needs, and management model, proposing improvements; Requirements: Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
