




Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping training needs, developing and implementing training programs, applying innovative methodologies, and evaluating the effectiveness of outcomes. Conduct training effectiveness evaluations Map training needs by identifying knowledge and development gaps in collaboration with managers and team leaders; Develop and implement training programs, from content creation to delivery and outcome evaluation; Apply innovative learning methodologies, combining in-person, online, and hybrid training to maximize impact; Develop and update instructional materials—such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learnings—aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; Conduct training effectiveness evaluations using performance indicators, reaction assessments, and post-training follow-ups; Organize and deliver technical and behavioral training sessions, promoting employee engagement and development; Monitor and manage learning management systems (LMS), recording employee participation and performance; Provide support to instructors and facilitators, assisting with logistics, preparation, and execution of training sessions; Participate in the development and implementation of organizational culture initiatives and leadership development programs; Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators, presenting results to leadership and proposing continuous improvements.
