




Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, optimizing, and ensuring HR process compliance, developing documentation, and proposing improvement solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in organizational transformation projects Map, review, and optimize processes related to Recruitment & Selection, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Development, and others; Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures for the HR area; Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks; Conduct process diagnostics and analyses, focusing on agility and standardization; Ensure process compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable legislation; Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and technological solutions for the HR area; Participate in organizational transformation projects, contributing analyses and proposals for process restructuring; Conduct training sessions to disseminate best practices and standardization; Collaborate with HR teams, Operations, Personnel Department, and other areas to ensure alignment during process changes.
