The role plays a strategic part in monitoring KPIs, analyzing results, and supporting data-driven decision-making—ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. This professional will be responsible for preparing reports and monitoring KPIs, performance analysis, supporting operational follow-up, and preparing inputs for meetings—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s sustainable growth. **What We Expect From You** * Prepare managerial and operational performance reports; * Monitor and track operational KPIs; * Conduct performance analyses to identify deviations and improvement opportunities; * Support operational follow-up activities across involved departments; * Prepare materials, analyses, and inputs for managerial and operational meetings; * Consolidate data and support indicator-based decision-making; * Track result trends and propose corrective actions when necessary; * Support new implementations and operational expansion. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparing reports and monitoring KPIs * Performance analysis and deviation identification * Supporting operational follow-up * Preparing meeting inputs **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Experience in indicator analysis and operational performance; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience preparing reports and analyzing data; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across departments. **What We Offer** **Meal/Voucher Allowance:** BRL 35.00 per day **Fuel Voucher:** BRL 550.00 per month **Health Insurance:** NotreDame (30% co-payment, no fixed deduction) **Dental Insurance:** Bradesco (options available with and without deductions) **TotalPass Gym Membership:** Available after 3 months—you choose the plan **Profit Sharing (PLR):** Up to 3 salaries (per internal policy) **Birthday Day Off:** One paid day off on your birthday, effective after 3 months **Domina Baby Program:** Special newborn kit, available after 3 months ‍ **Dad is Dad Program:** 10-day paternity leave, effective after 3 months **Join Us!** At Dominalog, we believe success begins with people.
